There have been numerous tantalizing hints about the imminent arrival of the new legend, Loba. Now, however, Respawn has provided a comprehensive rundown of her capabilities, alongside a slick trailer to whet our appetites.
While bearing some resemblance to Wraith’s teleportation, Loba’s tactical skill, dubbed “Burglar’s Best Friend,” lets her toss a “jump drive bracelet” to pinpoint her landing spot. The bracelet must arc through the air, introducing a slight delay before she vanishes. This could catch an unsuspecting foe off guard. Her ultimate, “Black Market Boutique,” essentially sets up a mini-shop that teleports nearby loot directly into the player’s inventory. Each legend, including enemy players, can grab up to two items. It sounds like online grocery shopping during a lockdown.
Loba’s passive ability allows her to spot epic and legendary loot through walls, ensuring she’s well-equipped by the final rounds. Hopefully, if you have a good teammate, they’ll share the spoils.

Respawn has also delved deeper into Loba’s backstory, including a poignant letter from her mother (tragically killed by the simulacrum Revenant). The letter includes some tips on applying eyeliner, which might even inspire me to give it a try.
