Three-and-a-half years after its release, Civilization 6 is now set to receive a brand-new season pass. This pass brings along eight new civilizations, nine new leaders, and six new game modes to the popular strategy game by Firaxis. The content will be delivered in six downloadable packs, starting from May 21st, 2020, and concluding in March 2021, on a bimonthly basis. The first DLC pack, the Maya & Gran Colombia Pack, features leaders from both civilizations (the Maya is a returning one, while Gran Colombia is new to the Civ game). It also includes a new Apocalypse game mode, new City-States, resources, and natural wonders. The Frontier Pass is available for $40 across various platforms like PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. You can also buy each DLC pack separately. But if you opt for the season pass, you get the Teddy Roosevelt and Catherine De Medici Persona packs. These packs offer unique takes on the leaders, with new leader models and backgrounds, gameplay bonuses, and updated agendas that reflect the changes in their personalities.
