WB Games Montreal is actively seeking talents for two fresh DC Comics-inspired games.
“We are an expanding studio with two AAA projects in the pipeline, concentrating on broadening the DC Comics universe in the interactive domain,” the studio declared in the pop-up box on its recruitment page.
This might not come as a massive shock as the studio mentioned back in 2011 that it aimed to create multiple DC Comics titles. However, the only one that was made public was Batman: Arkham Origins, which was released in 2013. Considering it’s been four years since the developer hinted at more DC Comics games, this new recruitment advertisement appears significant.
The current question is which series WB Montreal will take on. Rocksteady was firm that Arkham Knight would be its last Batman game, but that doesn’t imply that Warner Bros.’ Canadian studio can’t further develop its series. Of course, there are other DC superheroes that WB Montreal could focus on. Which superhero would you like to see receive the Arkham treatment?
