A fresh and hilarious take on hospital management is in the making – and nope, Jeremy Hunt isn’t starring in it.
Two Point Hospital is truly a spiritual successor to Bullfrog’s adored 1997 classic Theme Hospital. It features cartoony characters with wide jaws, comical ailments, and, hopefully, an irritating voice over the PA system.

It’s not the sole hospital-themed simulation in the works. Back in November, indie studio Oxymoron Games announced Project Hospital, its own serious take on the genre.
However, Two Point Hospital has two crucial developers of the original Theme Hospital on board. It is the inaugural game from the new UK indie team Two Point Studios – founded by Theme Hospital architects Mark Webley and Gary Carr.
Meanwhile, Sega has taken on the publishing duties.
The initial in-game images presented below showcase some highly familiar, albeit significantly updated, designs. The angles of the reception desk, the couch in the psychiatrists’ office, even the radiators in the corridors. Oh, and Egyptian Mummies – we’re presuming they are another ailment.
